The newspaper's nameplate (The Trumpet), which is 4 columns wide by 2 inches deep.

A standing feature of campus briefs, which is boxed in the far-left column each week and runs down the whole page.

A lead story about a campus drug bust, about 12 inches long, but trimmable. The story is accompanied by a strong, vertical photo of the police leading suspects away.

A second story about a hike in tuition costs, about 12 inches long, but trimmable. The story is accompanied by a mugshot of the school president.

A very short, humorous story about a dog and a Frisbee, about 5 inches long, with no art.
