Legal and Ethical Dilemmas

Items 2 , 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 have laws that guide a teachers’ responses, although they may also be ethical in nature as well. If you missed any of these review the laws in the chapter. The remaining items are ethical in nature and will need to be considered in the context of personal, school, and community values. If you had difficulty with identifying legal and ethical issues, you may want to discuss this activity with your classmates.
