What Matters?

Now look at your top three choices. What does this say about the rules you will enforce and the behaviors you will encourage in your own classrooms? For example, if you chose quiet, orderliness, and respect as your top three values, you might not feel comfortable implementing activities that require considerable student movement and interactions. If on the other hand, you select creativity, freedom, and self-direction, you might be more comfortable with high levels of student interaction and student-led activities.
