It’s important for teacher to collaborate and make decisions about school improvement. If my school’s test scores fall, then the central office should set goals and objectives for my schools. It is the teacher’s responsibility to understand and take into account parental goals and objectives. Teachers should involve students in determining their needs based on results of standardized and in-class assessments. New teachers need to understand how to collaborate with others.
