The Case: International Issue Report

Identify an international or intercultural issue that is faced by employers in your field. Then imagine that your employer has asked you to write an analysis of that issue and its impact on your employer's business.

Here are some possible topics; you are welcome to propose others to your instructor. For whatever topic you pick, focus on a specific country:

• Changes required in marketing strategy
• Modifications required in product design
• Differences in management technique
• Laws or regulations that affect the conduct of business in the other country
• Problems that can arise in communications between locations in the United States and locations in the other country
• Other issues that could affect the success of your company's operations in another country
