iLrn Logic

Everything logic students want,
everything logic instructors need

Testing, Tutorial, and Course Management . . . Now for Logic! . . . Welcome to iLrn for Logic, the most powerful online testing, tutorial and course management system available.

Let iLrn Logic manage your class while you teach it!

iLrn Logic is a dynamic, powerful online teaching and learning platform that instructors use to manage, assess, and grade student homework assignments and test results. Freeing instructors from the seemingly endless task of grading, iLrn Logic enables instructors to spend more time with students.

With iLrn Logic’s self-diagnostic and tutorial tools, students can assess their comprehension, develop a custom learning plan, and access Learning Logic, vMentor and more to build their logic skills.

  • Learning Logic, the interactive tutorial program on the CD-ROM in the back of the book, and available in iLrn Logic, teaches the essential content of the book. Find out more about Learning Logic
  • vMentor, an online live tutoring service, provides students with individual and group support for the text and iLrn Logic. Find out more about vMentor

With iLrn Logic you can use pre-built homework assignments or build your own homework assignments and tests to best fit your classroom needs. Problem types supported include:

  • Interactive Venn diagrams and truth tables
  • Proof checkers for prepositional and predicate logic
  • Sentence highlighters that identify argument parts
  • Problems that assess a student's ability to translate natural language sentences into formal notation.

iLrn Logic makes it easy to select questions of appropriate content and difficulty for your students. Customize these questions by adding hints and personalizing rejoinders.

Student responses and results flow seamlessly into your gradebook, allowing you to monitor and review class-wide statistics and individual student responses with a simple click.

Because iLrn is online, instructors and students can access the testing, tutorial, and course management tools anytime, anywhere. Delivered in a browser-based format—without the need for any proprietary software or plug-ins—iLrn provides the practice that students need.
